MIBC is established in 2004 and since then has been providing a wide range of Construction Services to Clients across the United Arab Emirates. MIBC name is synonymous with Integrity, Reliability, Professional Management Expertise and the delivery of High Quality Construction Projects. We have an excellent Track Record of Successful Projects Delivery and we are proud to have contributed to the development of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Emirates of U.A.E through the completion of many Landmark Projects over the last decade.

Message from the Director

It is with immense pride that I introduce the MIBC Group, which since its establishment in 2004, has gained a track record of success in all forms of Building and Civil Engineering.

Our mission is to provide a high and dependable level of service and value to customers. This will be achieved through excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across all our activities, with particular emphasis on quality, reliability, safety and sensitivity towards the environment.

A key element to MIBC success lies in its ability to build strong long-term working relationships with its customers, partners and supply chain, which together with a highly skilled and committed management team, has repeatedly demonstrated that we can deliver high quality projects on time and within budget.

Staff and Workers

At MIBC we have an energetic and highly motivated Staff and Workers Team who enjoy completing Projects to the Highest of Industry Standards. Currently, we have approximately 60 staff in our team with a wide range of experience and skills to ensure we can successfully deliver any type of Project. Very high average employment duration of 7.25 years signifies the Devotion, Reliability, Experience and Commitment that Customers can expect us to provide on every Job we undertake.

We fully believe the adage “Your Staff is your most important asset”. We realize that the Personal and Professional Development of our Team is imperative in ensuring the successful delivery of Projects and thus the success of our Business. We therefore invest in our staff through Comprehensive Training Programs, Mentoring and Coaching. The rewards of this Philosophy are inevitably shared with customers through increased satisfaction and better quality service.

Value of Money

By the close monitoring of the Projects Budget and Expenditures, our CCS (Cost Control System) gives a fair indication of the existence and the extent of any forecasted problems so it is monitoring and controlling the problems during project’s life cycle on time before it is too late. The System’s tools are: forecasting. Cost reporting, tracking and controlling, it is where we record the budget cost of project and compare it with the actual cost (in duding any approved budget change-variation) this empowers our control points on Material Requisitions & Sub-Contractor payments Certificate.

All Client’s payments are controlled, monitored and updated for all the Projects through close monitoring to the submission date, approval date and due of each payment as per the contractual terms. Our reporting system is a very powerful tool to the Top Management where they review the projects progressive financial status with a fundamental base to our overall strategic organization planning.

Quality Policy

It is the Policy of our Company to ensure that all the Projects are executed in accordance with agreed contract specifications and drawings and within the agreed time frame so as to meet our customers’ requirements and provide good value to them

The quality system adopted by the company is to fulfill this objective, will meet all the applicable requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Systems Model for Quality Management in Construction, Installation and Servicing. This Quality Policy will be displayed at all sites and it is the responsibility of the employees to familiarize themselves with the quality policy and the applicable company systems relevant to their area of work.

We are committed to comply with any regulation or law applied in the UAE related to our business field. The company management is committed to continually improve its quality management systems, through periodic internal audits, necessary training, and regular setting implementing, monitoring and reviewing of measurable quality objectives.

Safety First

MIBC has highly qualified and dedicated team for Safety Department. Safety Department organizes Bi Monthly safety classes for the Labors and quarterly for the Management.

MIBC is known for its high standard of Work Safety and Environment in the UAE.

MIBC is very strict about work safety and has Zero Percent tolerance for onsite and offsite safety and Security related matters. MIBC is proud to be one of those companies in the UAE who declared ZERO major accident in last decade.
